No real "gains" but flaccid hang is thicker and seeing more new veins everyday. Introduced jelqing to my routine, starting with 100 2-second jelqs. Going to up the reps after a week or two.
Life expenses have gotten in the way of buying a stealth stretcher but i hope to get one soon. @DLD what would you say to 4hrs of traction followed by 4hrs of passive? Good for gains?
