staying erect while doing PE

Introduction:

While doing these insane girth busters I can't seem to stay erect through the isolation squeeze right after 10 dry jelqs. I can stay hard for maybe 30 seconds into the squeeze, and thats it. But dld says a 60 second hold. I kegel in blood, I watch Taylor Rain adult entertainment (which usually gets me hard as a rock ), but it just wont stay hard for 60 seconds. ANy suggestions ?
