1 sixty second Slow Squash jelq

100 strong, downward, erect jelqs
1 sixty second Slow Squash jelq

100 strong downward jelqs
1 sixty second Slow Squash jelqs

Siliring after the workout for 1 hours, refreshing the blood every 10 min at 80-90% blood restriction

Silistretcher all day

I tried your recommendation @oldandlively , but i was too tired to follow trough, will try again tomorrow.

Im taking some rest due to some inner sharp pain on the glan and sometime the left side of my shaft, im curious what could that be?

Inner sharp pain is over stretching due to excessive force. Left sharp pain could be over stretching one side over the other. The left tunica tightness may be exceeding the right, and we instinctively add more pressure to the right side when we push, rather than pushing in equal pressure. Rest a few days, and start back slowly again.

The pain was from jelqing i guess, i was doing the newbie girth routine and i believe i went above the limit.

Light workout since i took more than a week of rest, and im starting again while slowly building up the intensity to gain as much as possible before my next cool off period.

I found this strategy to be working and healthy.
