SRT Length Plateau Breaking Routine [LOG]

This is a intermediate to advanced routine, I would not use this until you have plateaued from a lengthmaster basic routine.

Im currently at 7.5 inches and I needed more intensity in my routine for faster gains for 8 inches and beyond so I've been doing this routine for the past 3 weeks. Already have seen visual gains.
For length I have a rotating routine and take no days off maybe once a week if i'm really sore, I do all length and girth work in front of a heat lamp, and warm up with a mos red for 8:30 before length or girth. I also use the lengthmaster exclusively for length.
I do all my length work in the morning and girth work at night. I use the mos red once more before night and before girth work if its that day, but instead I use it on the area in between the balls and the asshole to target the inner penis.

Day 1
-Mos red for 8:30 both lights, 5 inches away
Standing:
1. 5 minute bundled stretches to warm up
2. Down left 1:45, down right 1:45, btc squat down 1:30
3. Left 1:45, right 1:45, straight out 1:45
4. Up left 1:45, up right 1:45, straight up 1:45( I twist the lengthmaster down for a stronger stretch during these)
Sitting:
1. Straight out 1:45 (twist lm up)
2. Straight out and down (twist lm up)
3. Straight out and up (twist lm down
4. Straight up (twist lm down)
5. Mandingo stretch left twist 1:30, mandingo stretch right twist 1:30
6. Lengthmaster roll 1:30 ( these hit the septum so fucking hard WOW)
7. Btc squat down 1:30, btc squat down left 1:45, btc squat down right 1:45
8. Lengthmaster dld blaster A stretch at very base with penis through hole of power assist(pulling up with power assist) for 6 minutes (still strapped into lengthmaster)
9. Strap into silistretcher medium tension for rest of the day
Mos red once more before girth

Day 2
-Mos red for 8:30 both lights, 5 inches away
Sitting:
1. 5 minute bundled stretches to warm up
2. Bundled downward stretch 3:30 left twist, bundles downward stretch 3:30 right twist ( I'll do 2 full twists for 2 minutes then 2 1/2 twists for 1:30)
3. Straight out 1:45 (twist lm up)
4. Straight out and down (twist lm up)
5. Straight out and up (twist lm down
6. Straight up (twist lm down)
7. Btc down 1:30
8. Length master mandingo stretch with power assists trapping the top lig 8:00(left twist 4 minutes, right twist 4 minutes)
9. 8. Lengthmaster dld blaster A stretch at very base with penis through hole of power assist(pulling up with power assist) for 6 minutes (still strapped into lengthmaster)
10. Length master roll 1:30
11. Btc squat down 1:30, btc squat down left 1:45, btc squat down right 1:45
12. Strap into silistretcher medium tension rest of the day.
I do kegels at night after girth work, only do girth every other day.

Some questions i have for the more experienced members here: are the length master dld blaster A stretches with the power assists and mandingo stretches im doing an adequate amount of expressive stretching. Ive just stared expressive stretching. Also when using the silistrecher as an ads should i ramp up the force over time? I usually wear it for around 6-8 hours a day.

Ill be updating this thread every Friday with a log and results when i do measure.

The Reasoning for the rotating schedule is i want to hit all angles in the newbie routine and also do new advanced stretches as well without my workout going over an hour a day.

Awesome routine you put together and I like the variation because it’s going to keep you interested and involved with the fun factor. It is so important to hit every single angle because at every angle there could be a gain. You’re covering all bases.

Yes this new routine has given me a breath of fresh air in PE and I feel like I'm making gains again LOL

I just am always proud of brothers when they put together their own routine through some good research. It’s so obvious you took so many cues from SRT so I say this routine is definitely going to kick ass!
 
Did day 2 of length, did day 1 yesterday. Got crazy expansion in the pump yesterday as i filled up the 2" pump. Got a couple of red dots however so I think I might take a 4 day break on pumping.

I take l citruline before i pump and use eroset vein oil as my lube, feels really good opens up those veins.

Staying hard in the pump isnt hard as long as I'm milking it while watching adult entertainment I made with my girlfriend. I refuse to watch anything else.

Strapped into my silistretcher right now, feeling such a strong burn in the ligs...
 
This is really nice for me to read, because its like the old days on MOS, when members used to be inventive, creative, always wanting to try new things, go for it using a personal touch themselves.

Doing what your doing now, is how new developments are made.

I wish I started earlier in my life and had been a part of MOS in those early days. Theres so much foundation now though that you and dld have created I'm greatly appreciative. I'm only 19 but hopefully i can be dlds size one day!

You could be anything you want if you believe in yourself. We believe in you and we trust that the advice we give you will bring you to the place you want to be. You’re very mature at 19 as most men start in their 20s 30s, so that’s a very good thing because PE takes focus and consistency. So stay consistent, keep the intensity progressive, and watch your gains grow!

What is your current routine right now dld?

Also what routine did you use to get past 9 inches ?

I am messing with pyramid triangles mostly and some other things I’m working on. The routine I used to get to where I am it’s pretty much an SRT. I started using the newbie routine and Six months and I started to change and go through the five phases that are found at www.mattersofsize.com/access. And from that time it’s been SRT all the way. But I understand the SRT is always changing too as we learn better information
 
Did day 2 for today. Ive put a halt on girth as the EQ just hasn't been right without adult entertainment and I'm lazy. Really focused on the infrared heat lamp and got to 8 inches bpfsl for the first time. Super excited. Strapped into the silistretcher for the next 5 hours now.

Congratulations my brother what a wonderful thing to hear, 8 inches is the dream of so many men so great work. I’m also happy that you got your new equipment and I look forward to your review after you try it out.
