This is a intermediate to advanced routine, I would not use this until you have plateaued from a lengthmaster basic routine.
Im currently at 7.5 inches and I needed more intensity in my routine for faster gains for 8 inches and beyond so I've been doing this routine for the past 3 weeks. Already have seen visual gains.
For length I have a rotating routine and take no days off maybe once a week if i'm really sore, I do all length and girth work in front of a heat lamp, and warm up with a mos red for 8:30 before length or girth. I also use the lengthmaster exclusively for length.
I do all my length work in the morning and girth work at night. I use the mos red once more before night and before girth work if its that day, but instead I use it on the area in between the balls and the asshole to target the inner penis.
Day 1
-Mos red for 8:30 both lights, 5 inches away
Standing:
1. 5 minute bundled stretches to warm up
2. Down left 1:45, down right 1:45, btc squat down 1:30
3. Left 1:45, right 1:45, straight out 1:45
4. Up left 1:45, up right 1:45, straight up 1:45( I twist the lengthmaster down for a stronger stretch during these)
Sitting:
1. Straight out 1:45 (twist lm up)
2. Straight out and down (twist lm up)
3. Straight out and up (twist lm down
4. Straight up (twist lm down)
5. Mandingo stretch left twist 1:30, mandingo stretch right twist 1:30
6. Lengthmaster roll 1:30 ( these hit the septum so fucking hard WOW)
7. Btc squat down 1:30, btc squat down left 1:45, btc squat down right 1:45
8. Lengthmaster dld blaster A stretch at very base with penis through hole of power assist(pulling up with power assist) for 6 minutes (still strapped into lengthmaster)
9. Strap into silistretcher medium tension for rest of the day
Mos red once more before girth
Day 2
-Mos red for 8:30 both lights, 5 inches away
Sitting:
1. 5 minute bundled stretches to warm up
2. Bundled downward stretch 3:30 left twist, bundles downward stretch 3:30 right twist ( I'll do 2 full twists for 2 minutes then 2 1/2 twists for 1:30)
3. Straight out 1:45 (twist lm up)
4. Straight out and down (twist lm up)
5. Straight out and up (twist lm down
6. Straight up (twist lm down)
7. Btc down 1:30
8. Length master mandingo stretch with power assists trapping the top lig 8:00(left twist 4 minutes, right twist 4 minutes)
9. 8. Lengthmaster dld blaster A stretch at very base with penis through hole of power assist(pulling up with power assist) for 6 minutes (still strapped into lengthmaster)
10. Length master roll 1:30
11. Btc squat down 1:30, btc squat down left 1:45, btc squat down right 1:45
12. Strap into silistretcher medium tension rest of the day.
I do kegels at night after girth work, only do girth every other day.
Some questions i have for the more experienced members here: are the length master dld blaster A stretches with the power assists and mandingo stretches im doing an adequate amount of expressive stretching. Ive just stared expressive stretching. Also when using the silistrecher as an ads should i ramp up the force over time? I usually wear it for around 6-8 hours a day.
Ill be updating this thread every Friday with a log and results when i do measure.
