squats and PE

Do you guys use squats in your routine?

I just did a bunch, then my hanging and stretching routine and got more benefit than I usually do. I was also way more pumped than I usually ever am.

Im thinking of always doing my routine right after doing a bunch of squats.

What do you guys think? and have you guys have experiences with it?

This keeps coming up as a question on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] as of lately. I highly endorse doing leg workouts very close to girth workouts and taking advantage of this increased blood flow to the body, particularly the pelvis area.
 
Yea, definitely taking this into consideration. I've just been doing tons and tons of bodyweight reps.

Starting to think high reps of heavier weight might be better though.
 
I would say go as heavy as you can on legs day and do your girth work right after, taking advantage of all that blood flow.
