Spongiosum injury/freaking the f out

Well i'd just like to start off by saying im happy to be back, i've been absent mostly for the last month due to this injury.
Ok, so a while back i had suffered an injury from clamped compression exercises such as frendo's and JC's, what happend was i got major bruising, all black down both, the right and left sides of my shaft.
Needless to say it was very hard to get an erection, actually more like impossible, so i decided to let it rest and thank fully with time my cock started to get firm and erect again.
NOW, here's the bad part about a month ago, i noticed that my erections where fading again, but it wasn't the corpus cavernosa that was weak, in fact my actual shaft is pretty hard, but my corpus spongiosum is just completely empty when i get an erection.<:(?:(
Also, my mhead doesn't fill barely at all, and even when i squeeze my pc to fill my shaft, i feel the spongiosum only filling to like half way up my shaft, then it's like the blood just won't go up any higher, and my head stays like so small, it's really noticeable when laying on my back, it like the only things that get hard are my two cavernosa!

Anyways, i don't know what i could have done, this came out of seeimingly no where, the only thing i can think of are that maybe it's a late after effect from the first injury (which i don't know why it would just pop up now) or it's an injury i may have got when i did some serious erect stretches.
Any advice or info would be hugely appreciated guys, thanks for your time, and train safe!<:(
 
It seems like you need more time to heal so stop everything and take N.O.S (nitric oxide supplements) for 30 days or so. BTW: NOS Blackpowder boast a 950% increase in blood flow: This will allow maximum penile engorgement. Now as far as erect stretching; i would not recommend that. You cant mold anything once the material (via cock) has already hardened. So stretch when soft to allow more seperation and multiplication of cells. You will strain to easily if hardcore-stretching while erect. Idk. Thats just my opinion.

Lots of heat and deep massage while flaccid to semi-erect. This will help in keeping abundant blood flow to the penis and speed healing.

i'd also recommend cold therapy as well. if you apply heat for 10 mins do 5 mins of cold therapy before using the heat. And i agree with everything posted above as well. You're penis is just healing.

do you feel like you may have been going to intense with your PE before and that is why this happened? or do you feel you weren't going to hard and cant believe this happened?
