Spermatic cysts

I have a few small spermatic cysts ("spermatoceles"). They are small lumps - not tumors but fluid-filled cysts in the spermatic cord. I had them checked nby a doctor and he said they're very common, about 1/3 of all men have them, and they are usually caused by blockage of the sperm ducts, often as a result of trauma. My question is, does anyone else have experience with these? I wonder if DLD's testicle health program could help prevent new ones from forming by keeping the sperm ducts open? Or would testicle stretching actually cause new ones to form?

I dont know if that is what i had, but i did have some lumps close to the head of my penis a couple weeks ago. I posted about it in this section. I took time off and they went away, now im just careful with the hand stretching and i wear a vimax as much as possible but i stretch hard with my hands pretty hard now. What does what you got feel like?

Thanks for the quick response:) They're little hard lumps in the that rope-like cord that attaches to the testicles and runs down into the body. From what I've read, that's where sperm mature, but if you have a weakness in the ducts, they can "blow out" and cause a sperm-filled cyst to form. Mine are about half the size of a pea but I read that some guys get huge ones, or get dozens of them, so I'm hoping the testicle health program might prevent that.

Hey cm-

I have the same thing. I think that is what a urologist told me. ABout 5 years ago I was playing in a lacrosse tournament and I was not wearing a cup and someone slashed my left testicle FULL STRENGTH. Needless to say I couldnt walk and my back/abs tightened up and spasmed. Over the next few years I noticed something next to my testicle, a lot of the time it would scare me as I was afraid it may have been testicular cancer (I dont even like looking at those two words). Sometimes when I girl would be going down on me, if she tweaked my testicle the wrong way it would hurt BAD, a sharp intense pain for a quick second. As long as the lump is not directly on or IN your testicle you are fine. I finally got up the nerve after about 4 years and went to the urologist and he told me what the lump was. He said what you heard, its very common. Nothing much you can do about it. I still have it but it hurts less and less. I wouldnt doubt that DLDs testicle health routine can help prevent future ones. And avoid getting slashed in the balls like an axe cutting through a piece of lumber and you should be fine. :banghead:

Hope I helped feel free to ask me more questions sometimes I have a hard time getting my thoughts across in a post like this.

Keeping good blood flow and paying attention to any changes in the scrotum is very important to urological health. Testicle health massage will definitely aid in facilitating much of this.

Mason, that's the most painful-sounding thing I've ever heard. Whew. Thanks for the feedback eveyone, I'll just do the testicle health program every day and hope for the best!
