someone expert answer please!!!

i have been peing for 6 week already and i have seen some results(maybe these results are caused because i quited smoking 3 weeks ago).well,i hope so..that is because of smoking!!then i have to gain more from pe!!tell me something!!i am going to continue my training for one year from now!6 days on,one day of!for 1 hour routine per day!i will gain something with that .i am sure.especially the short term goal.what i have to do to remain the gains after i quit pe??tell me,is there anything i can do??or i have to pe for the rest of my life??
 
There is a maintenance routine that people should do at least 3 x a week after reaching they're goals so you can not only make sure your gains remain " cemented " but also maintain a healthy penis and testicles. Common sense dictates that this is not an obligation at all but should be done just for the health portion of it.

The average loss in gains from what i am aware is about .5 inches in erect lenght if no work at all is done.
