i have been peing for 6 week already and i have seen some results(maybe these results are caused because i quited smoking 3 weeks ago).well,i hope so..that is because of smoking!!then i have to gain more from pe!!tell me something!!i am going to continue my training for one year from now!6 days on,one day of!for 1 hour routine per day!i will gain something with that .i am sure.especially the short term goal.what i have to do to remain the gains after i quit pe??tell me,is there anything i can do??or i have to pe for the rest of my life??
