please help. i am as scared as hell.

i was hanging with heavy stuff for one hour. before ending, i put the heavy stuff on a chair and used my hand to do some light-ending stretching. the force was only from my hand and was smaller than the heavy weight. while i was stretching by my hand only, a snap sound was coming out of my penis. i stopped hand-stretching right away and unwrapped the heavy weight. i found out the tip of my penis bled a bit. i felt no pain, however.

I had a similar event a few months back. Something went 'pop' 'crunch' etc. as I was doing some stretches and I felt a sickening movement at the base of my cock.
