Yesterday DHL made additional call to me stating that they were waiting for response from [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Sizegenetics[/words] after they made call to the company themselves. As of today...NO WORD! NO DELIVERY!. Can anyone help?

She advised me that they are in possession on in excess of 40 pkgs from same shipper. She told me they (sizegenetics) failed to provide the necessary info to release all those pkgs and they will be returned to shipper. just as a heads up to the community, seems there may potentially be a lot of disappointed would be [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] uses.

Second, at this point can you guys just provide me with a legitimate phone number to call so that I may have my money refunded. Deliver supposed to be tomorrow. We'll see. Got fingers toes and eyes crossed.

cleared up. As per his comments it is evident that mine was not and is not the only problem with delivery.
He apologized for having responded to the post but it seems he still is not paying attention or he (I believe) would have or should have schemed in by now. DHL (the agent representing them is called Suzanne) gave me the Medical device listing number, which is 93/42/EEC. I have received another text from DHL on yesterday informing me that a third delivery from [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Sizegenetics[/words] has been held up in Customs and will be delayed. As of today there has been no further action and in all likely hood, this one will be returned as well. Before agreeing to receive a shipment for a third time I too was contacted be the lovely Miss Suzanne. She told me that [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Sizegenetics[/words] had to reclassify the shipments as a non medical device, and the issue should be resolved. If you will notice the info I provided early in this thread, you will see that I was also given the same information by Sizegnetics to provide to DHL...and just like you SPANKYOU, I was told this information was not what was needed in order for DHL to release pkg thru Customs. Suzanne also to me after I asked, that DHL was the only shipper they had available to them (What about UPS WORLDWIDE?). Where I am sorry this has happened to someone else, I am very glad that I now don't just look like the boy who cried wolf. DLD and LIGHTNING, I do not for a minute doubt you guys honesty or integrity, nor the integrity of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words]. Lol at least they're not fed up with you yet. Dominic took over the support convo and said that if the item is returned the 2nd time, they will refund me. I really do not want a refund because I feel like this is the best item on the market. However, I am going to send Dominic one last email and ask if they can make the package a non-medical device so DHL/customs won't be so strict about it. Crossing my fingers now.

Much thanks to DLD and Lightining for working with us on this issue, we may be the first 2 that is getting this inconvenience but there will be more users from the US that will get this if they do not fix it for good.

I just want to get started on this program as soon as possible not to mention the amount of money we have forked out thus far. I really hope they can resolve this issue quickly and provide us with what was promised to us via there web page. have any of you provided DHL with your personal info such as social security number or address? I am a little hesitant giving out this info over the phone or via email. I have contacted [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sizegenetics[/words] via email but that was Friday evening. still waiting for a response.
 
I am still not sure why there is this problem all the sudden after all the years they have been shipping into the US. Maybe custom laws in the US were recently changed? I just emailed them again to let them know more people are in this thread discussing this problem.
 
Well Lyons791...welcome to the club. First of all there should be no need for you th give any personal information such as your SS# to DHL. DON'T DO IT. All the information they need should be provided by the shipper. Next, I have once again confirmed that my third attempt to get my device has also failed. I wouldn't expect the issue to be resolved quickly. I placed my order on April 22nd and did get confirmation of payment rather quickly. Now it is May and it will be the 22nd again in a few days. Like LIGHTNING said, they have been shipping to US before now and suddenly things have change. The problem I have with it, is this; whether it be Customs Laws, Shipping Laws or whatever, [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Sizegenetics[/words] has to know what the issue really is (thirty days?)...and good business is to be honest and up front with your consumer as well as any of you affiliates or distributors. If things are such that you can know longer ship to the US then we deserve to know so we can keep it moving. I got a message from Cindy from DHL and she stated this "Shipper cannot provide the FDA information that is required to clear this shipment with customs and the FDA. " She also informed me that my order has been shipped back to [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words]. I also heard back from [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] today via there ticket system and after telling them that my order is on its way back to them they offered to "e-send" my item or refund my money. Have any of you heard of this e-send and those of you that have tried getting multiple shipment have they offered this to you and it failed? figured I would chime in on my latest info and keep everyone updated.

No. I have not heard of e-send nor has it been offered to me. The only time the refund was discussed with me was before I agreed to being shipped to for a third. They kept saying the issue was resolved but I'm proof that it is not yet so. If the Sizegegetics Moderator is watching this thread (which he never seems to be) then maybe he can chime in and explain. May e they have explained e send to DLD or LIGHTNING if this is some sort of new way to ship.
