You can purchase the Mos DVD in the store, this gives you all of the basic exercises. You need to start and to learn. But if you do not have the money, just be patient and wait for us to get these videos uploaded

I think I’m starting to see the power of BTC. I think the reason I didn’t notice much of a difference before was that I wasn’t pulling hard enough. Ever since I started applying more tension, stopping just before I feel a pinch, I’ve definitely noticed soreness around the base of the penis. It typically kicks in about an hour after the session.

I’m curious to know whether 4 sets of BTC is effective enough ? By a set, I mean pulling for at least 1–2 minutes, taking a break, and then repeating the process.

Depending on how hard you pull and how much bundling (twisting) you do. 1 to 2 minutes may be too little. 4 to 6 minutes is the average.

Hey all,

When doing BTC, should the entire head of the penis be inside the clamp chamber? Are there any disadvantages to having only half of the head inside?

My theory is that the more of the penis that's inside the clamp chamber, the more tension you'll feel when pulling. That's just my assumption, though, as I haven't tested it out yet.

According to gemini AI

It turns out my placement has been limiting my progress. I was only putting half the head into the clamp, but the proper method is to place it fully on the upper shaft. Clamping the head bypasses the coronal ridge stopper, triggers pelvic floor tension from discomfort, and restricts the actual traction reaching the base ligaments.

Is this an accurate statement ?
