When I tried it, I didn’t feel much of a stretch—it just felt awkward and unnecessary. I have much better control over the intensity by standing up and doing bundled stretches, since I can pull as much as I’m comfortable with. With that length, you're more than long enough to do the bundled and BTC comfortably. Could it just be bad angles of approach?
I see, DLD. I’m just trying to find the justification and motivation to change. I wonder if 20 minutes of BTC is more effective than 50 minutes of standard bundled stretching. It seems like it could be the most effective angle, but I’ll have to experiment and see. Someone mentioned that the LM3 has a learning curve—they definitely weren’t wrong lol.Try a different angle and try standing. And sitting and seeing which one of those works best for you. At your length, you should have no problem Doing any of these exercises.
Always my brothergot it, thx DLD.
I've noticed when twisting with the LM3, I think I’ve noticed a difference depending on how much wrapping/padding I use. It seems that having more padding helps reduce the weird sharp discomfort that can happen when twisting left or right.
I’m starting to think that using ample padding around the penis (mainly the head) may be important for minimizing sharp discomfort, though I’m still experimenting with this. Curious if there’s some truth to that observation.
More penis wrapping tape = less discomfort when twisting
Less penis wrapping tape = more discomfort when twisting
Is this circumstantial, or is their some truth ?
I actually use the Theraband as the first layer, but before applying it, I put on some lotion and body oil first.Yep. It's been discussed and answered quite a few times actually. It's the bulk wrapping technique right below or near the base of the glans. The werid sharp sensation during twisting is the kinking or bunching of the base layer wrapping. The first layer should be flexible enough to twist without bunching up, soft enough not to cause kinking, and hydrophilic enough to bind to the skin when moisture is present. That's why TheraBand is always mentioned because the rubber material matches all three conditions.

I see, I'll consider Lubriderm. But, there are hydrophilic body lotion that actually works well with the TheraBand rubber, since it has an absorbing effect to further bind the rubber to the skin. Lubriderm comes to mind.
Has anyone here used the rope(lack of a better term) that attaches to the LM3? I've been considering using my leg to apply the pull, but the force would only be directed downward.
I'm curious whether this is considered safe and effective when twisted to 180 degrees.
I see, that makes sense. Is weights superior than pulling with hands using the LM3, i prefer using hands--cause i feel more safe.
