Curious, are you just twisting as much as you can (without pain) and pulling down ? hard to make out what else you're doing. Also is a suffice technique to get length gains ?

SIM is gone on a vacation from the forum but I will try to guide you. One twist is the minimum if you can go further. It all depends how much you can handle.
You should feel fatigue and some soreness but never pain.

In the video you can see exactly what to do. He starts with one twist and then begins as a second twist as his body relaxes.

He went as far as 2 full rotations (720 degrees). He started out only with half rotation and slowly he managed to get to two full rotations as his penis lengthened. Only twist until you know it's still comfortable enough to pull on the penis. Once you twist, it doesn't take much pulling strength to work on the penis. Before I stopped due to high stresses and surgery, I was at 2 and 3/4 full rotations. That's only with 7.4in long penis. For brothers with 8 and 9in long penises, they can go as high as 4 to 7 full rotations.

I see, does it seem like he's pulling down after he is done twisting ? so like twisting as much as comfortable, and pulling down. Would that be fair to assume ?

Also is this technique alone good enough to get gains ?

Yes. What he did was to twist one direction as much as he could, stretch to his 5-minutes safety limit, remove the plates to allow the blood to flow, strapped the plates back on again, twist the other direction for 5-minute exercise, and removed the plates to get some massage in.

His routine would range anywhere between 20 minutes to 40 minutes.

At the 2-second twist, I did the behind the cheeks exercise and pulled as much as I could. At the second twist, I felt an intense stretch/soreness, hopefully this intense stretch is expected, and its a sign that the exercise is effective ? I read somewhere if you do not feel an intense stretch, then you need to increase the intensity. So doing 2 twists seems to be the spot where i feel the intensity, i might up it to 3 complete twists...

Despite all this, i did not feel a soreness after i remove my LM3, should i increase the intensity then ?

Also, yes im aware of the SRT stuff, but i want to get myself acquainted with these stretches. The LM3 is kind of a learning curve. So i'm trying to ensure, im doing it the right way.

Wise choice brother. Always ease in and never go full throttle.

Now you are in the zone. The achy dull sensation is what you are after. Pain, at any level, is bad.

Allow your body to remain at that intensity for the next two weeks. Those with high pain tollerance tend to go overboard. On the third week increase the intensity just a bit more until you feel that extra achy dull feeling again. Allow your penis to adopt to this current load for the next two weeks or you'll have it fight against you.

LM3 is a mechanical beast you must tame. It has many hidden sides that you have to discover yet and soon, you will see more that you have yet to fathom. Once you get used to it, we'll give you other crazier workout with it. My wife did a Wifey-Slave sled ride pull on me. Imagine if you may, a wife sitting on a gaming chair with wheels, holding onto the LM3 PowerAssist ring, while I do power pull like a sled dog, but she's in control of the angles. Yeah. Penis was completely fatigued in 3 minutes.

After a session my penis becomes shriveled up as if im really cold.

That is exactly what to expect. The LengthMaster is hardcore and will cause complete fatigue which will shrivel after. I also think it is important is after training wrapping or use a sleeve to keep you to heal in an elongated state

If the elasticity of the penis is not remaining more than an hour, the penis has not reach it adopting phases. The penis is still trying to figure out why the tissues are being so stressed. I've time, the penile tissues will adopt to the continual stress loads and relax themselves to a state of a new normal flaccid elasticity.

In the mean time, as DLD said, use a sleeve or wrap and keep the penis elongated. Don't tightly wrap the penis. Keep the wrap loose, or the sleeve loosely, while keeping the penis elongated to promote blood flow.
