simple hands free lig stretch

This stretch is very good for the suspensory ligament and the top side of your penis. All you need is a plastic clothes hanger. Sit down and get erect/semi, then hang the plastic coat hanger on your penis. Bring your legs together and down against the top of the hanger. The hanger should grab onto a spot above your glans and you can lean backwards or press your legs for resistance. This stretch might work differently for people with different sized/shaped dicks, but for me this is a good easy lig stretch without putting on a hanger or even using your hands. If you lived alone I imagine you could do this for a very long time. Also clothes hangers are very cheap. Good luck and if this is confusing for anyone I can make some drawings in ms paint.

A drawing would be very helpful in understanding this stretch. I think I understand and I will try it based on that but seeing it would help greatly.

This would be a fulcrum if you were holding onto your penis and using your legs as a means of tension/weight. I don't understand what's going on in the above in your directions.

Definitely a fulcrum I just can't get my head around how it is done. I don't suggest using the plastic hangers either, they snap with even the smallest intensity. I will try to figure it out again using a wooden hanger but an illustration would help big time.
