I can tell you that brother
@Haursen is becoming a PE researcher who has exceeded most urologists' knowledge. He as confirmed something that we've been developing for the last 1.5 decades on his own through his own methods of extensive knowledge compilation. He found and validated the importance of exceeding the normalized internal pressure of 5inHg, while adding 20% to the optimal expansion pressure starting at 6inHg. With that a preamble to what I'm telling you, do this, since going up to 9 did not cause blistering of the glans's skin in your last routine:
- Start with low pressure at 5 to 5.5, swing every 30 seconds to warm up in the first session
- Then 7 to break the soft expansion barrier at 30%, but swing between 7 and 6 every 30 seconds. This is to safeguard your sensitive tissues you just recovered from while causing a good safe internal expansion.
- Switch up to 8, then 7 every 30 seconds to replicate the last highest expansion zone.
- BUT, rather than remaining static at 9 and 7, switch between 9 and 6 every 30 seconds. Notice the 6 and not the 7. This allows the higher swing of expansion and relaxation, preventing the stress loads as you just come back to pumping and entering the breaking phases.
- The last few sets, swing between 8 and 6 every 30 seconds or even at 7 and 6. You already expanded. No need go any higher pumping. Train your body to produce the on-demand nitric oxide and endorphin levels needed for a stronger erection. The internal expansion through natural means is much more important than pumping.
By swinging between the pressures, you can maintain a high-moderate expansion, but not long enough to cause edema that can create blisters on the young and tender glans's skin.
