3lbs of traction WHILE doing expressives? I'm a bit baffled.

Expressive has two approaches: manual expressive using manual hands to perform freestyle stretches with dynamic bending, and manual mechanical assistant (LM3) stretches with angular bending that's less dynamic than freestyle using your hands.

Using your hands, the tugging is not static. It's constantly in a dynamic form where the traction tensions go from 0.5lb to as high as 7lbs. This is great if you want to maximize blood flow since you can add jelqs in between the stretches.

Using mechanical assistant adds a new dimension to partial static-partial dynamic tensions. The partial dynamic is when you hold, pull, hold, pull at specific tensions. You still change the tractions but you're keeping the tension static for a period of time, stressing the tissues out. HOWEVER, adding the 3lbs weight engages the tissues to remain static at all times at 3lbs, constantly stressing the tissues until you change the traction tension loading. It will feel strange at first as you shift from one angle of approach to another during bundling, but the tissues is constantly being pulled at 3lbs for the period your exercise. When the tissues break during a 7lbs tension load, the 3lbs tension load pry a bit more during the shifting of the movements. There's no rest for the tissues.

When you shift from one position to another after the initial bundle, the 3lbs engages the tissues constantly to break untapped areas of the stressed tissues. Visualize this:

Let's say 360 degree of your penile shaft has 360 connective tissues as representative of 100% tissues connections. Remember, the tunica and septum are like wired meshes with connective tissues all around them. When to perform penile lateral bundling with the LM3, you break the tissues between 180 to 300 connective points. You may even hit 330 connective points. That's just using the LM3 alone.

Now, adding that 2lbs to 5lbs (3lbs to be safe), during the bundling, you're stressing the connective tissues, pre-breaking the connective points along the way. When you reverse the bundlig, the constant stress load breaks the remaining connective points all the way to 360. The constant stress load helps to further pry the broken connective points apart to initiate cell healing, while the the bundling both direction further snap ever connective tissues all along the entire penile shaft. This is also true for the suspensory and fundiform ligaments if you're strapping close to base of the penis.

Most brothers that hang either don't do the bundling during hanging, or couldn't understand why their penis become more malleable after a hanging session (not paying attention to their bundling combo for the exercises).

Something to compare between light weights vs heavier weights during hanging.

So essentially I would hang 3lbs while doing my downward and btc stretches?
 
Ok so two weeks in, definitely noticing a better flaccid hang and improved eq.

I do think I'll be moving to a 5 on/2 off routine to allow two full days of elongated healing while wearing a silisleeve2.
 
Man, you're making me jealous to push 5 on like that. Can't even do 1 on because the body is not letting me right now.

That sounds good to me. Just be sure to get back to work after two days.Don't stretch it out or you will end up failing an falling off. I'm so glad you know this, but I'm gonna resay it for others, always keep yourself wrapped for as long as you can each day.

I'm just gonna treat it like i treat my job - 5 days a week, and even though i have off days, I'm basically always working.

My flaccid gains are now so much that, while doing dumbbell deadlifts, I kinda pinched my dick a little between the dumbbells.

I think this is DLD, 9.5inPro, and 7.5in+ territory. I'm still in the "Where's the sausage?" category.
 
Dude I'm still in the "my dick went from looking like a peanut to a baby carrot" phase and it STILL pinched. Guess I'll need to wear briefs when I workout haha

It may look strange, but pleasing to the ladies, but I normally wear slightly skin tight sweatpants. Not loose, but not skin tight. Just enough to keep things from moving all over the place. I wrap my penis while doing gym workout, preventing chaffing of the penile skin during workouts. It does look like I have a 6in extra large carrot on one side of my sweatpants.

I just work out at home, way more convenient for me. Plus I can lift in my undies, cant do that at a gym 😂
 
Loving my routine but I think I may want to adjust to focus on length more.

I'm gonna switch to length pumping with my 1.5" tube, would adding 15 mins of stretching and replacing ssj with standard/c jelqs be a good idea?

Am I experience the slow squash jelq has always been my favorite because of the expansion.It brings. But go and try one day using the C jelq and so the next session and compare circumference, if one's better than the other use that one.

I've had the 1.5" tube for over a year now, last year I hit 7.75" in this tube from pumping alone.

I think going to the more narrow tube will help me hit my length goal quicker.
 
So my new routine would be:

Am 15 mins expressive stretches and 20 mins shaft stretching

Pm 15 mins stretches and 30 mins pumping with jelqs

Indeed, a thinner cylinder will bring length much quicker, but it does not do much for girth. Looking at your new routine, it's good you're getting girthwork in as this combined with the thinner cylinder, you should do very well.
