Silistretcher vs Stealth Stretcher?

Ok, first am length session done. 15 mins of near base expressive stretches to loosen the ligs and 15 mins of shaft stretches to pull out inner penis. Only did a half bundle to get back in, will increase bundles weekly.

Slapped on a silisleeve5 for 8hrs of healing, will be doing 5x5x3 tonight at a low pressure.

@@oldandlively and/or @DLD is this routine tenable for 7 straight days, or should I go 5 on/2 off?

Well first thing I noticed was obviously i was limited with how many bundles I could do while lengthmaster was placed near base for expressive stretches, as well as a slight feeling of skin pull which loosened as my session went on.

It honestly felt great stretching again, and I really look forward to seeing how this works for me.
 
The closer to the base the LM plates are, the higher the traction loads will act on the ligaments. Most don't have the heart to strap that close down since it can cause discomforts because of the foreskin slipping and sliding. It's all about the wrapping methods to prevent that and get the real benefits of the low and high tension workout. The great exercise is using the handlebars to tip to one side or angle tilt to optimize the leveraging pull to stress the suspensory ligament alone, then angle downward with a slight tilt to attack the fundiform ligament to release the inner shaft a bit more. Mechanical assist is the only way to 0make these two ligaments comply, besides long hours of free weight hanging.

I did up/out/down for 5 mins each for both shaft and expressive stretches. Going to work on more angles as I progress.

Do you think I'd be sacrificing any gains if I removed the sleeve to take my dog on evening walks and get blood flowing before I do girth work?

Your gain is still there, even after a few hours of not having the sleeve on. Just manually stretch a bit, and slap the sleeve back on. Cell divisions don't just magically happen in an instant. It will take a few hours.

I took my walk then did 5x5x3 and wore a siliring for an hour after and went to bed shortly after that, all the resting gainzz
 
Woke up this morning with no pump but still full, morning stretch session went without a hitch so I think this plan will work for me.

Granted, there will be some mornings I won't be able to stretch due to work but I'll make it up in the afternoons when I can.
 
One thing I'm noticing as well is the lack of pull back I'd previously get. Doing expressive stretches to weaken then ligs has allowed me to heal in a more elongated state and not have my sleeve roll up on itself at the base

That's great news. Are you staying elongated after each session using a wrap?
 
As I get started this morning, I realized what was causing the skin pull feeling - i was securing my lm3 too close to where my scrotum connects to my shaft and was getting sack skin twisted up 🤦🏼‍♂️

Problem solved

And post 5x5x3 I'm wearing my siliring for an hour to maintain expansion.
That's what I want to hear excellent work.Keeping yourself extended and keeping yourself expanded are two of the greatest ways to promote growth.
 
Excellent. Try this if you have a bit more time on your hand:

Add 1 to 2 minutes of warm compress before and after each expressive stretch exercise. Observe the tissue relaxation on the application of heat on a 1 minute length vs 2 minutes in between each set of exercise. The best time to apply is also a 3 to 5 minutes post exercise window as well, while using wrap, sleeve, or extender. It's a trick mechanism we use to falsify the penis is closer to the body than it's really is and reprogram it to adopt the new relaxation strategy.

Yes. But try to keep it close to the skin as possible to maximize heat transfers to the lower layers of the skins, without burning the penis off.
