Silistretcher vs Stealth Stretcher?

Another question i have is this- when I would use my silistretcher, I'd notice that after removing the bell, only about half of my glans would show any signs of "vacuum pull", if that makes sense. Does that mean I need a larger size bell?

Makes perfect sense. I happens to me too. If your bell is either too big (where your glans partially slips out) or too small (where your glans barely fit half of itself inside), you get a sign where only half of your glans is or was under vacuum pressure. If the bell is too big, for me, I wrap base base of the glans with some TheraBand for friction and girth size filling purposes until I can "stuff" my glans into the bell without the accidental slip out. This is why we've been asking for smaller size fitments for the bell/cup.

If your bell/cup is too small, and you can barely squeeze your glans fully in, you need a more fitting bell. If it's a good size. make sure to turn the knob to retract as much of the internal lid far up as you can. Then twist the knob until the lid is only 1 full rotation from the top. Shove your glans in as far as you can, and ensure the glans remains perfectly inside the bell/cup, empty out as much air trapped between the bell/cup, glans, and the sleeve before turning the knob, then turn the knob to 1/2 to 3/4 rotation max. This will ensure your glans is fully inside the bell/cup at all time.

Got it. yes, that is common. When there is no gap between the side of the glans and the wall of the bell, as the vacuum pressure goes up, the glans expands into a mushroom. The larger surface area of the glans, compose mainly the half of the glands, will be subjected under the pressure. If the lower portion of the glans is sealed up inside the mouth of the bell, the rest of the pressure not exerted on the upper part of the glans, around 25%, will be exerted on the lower part of the glans through pressure leakage.

What would be better - stretching with lengthmaster from behind the glans first and then near base to expose inner penis, or vice versa?

Either and both.

If you want to stress the lower hidden side before stressing the rest of the penile length, do near the base so you don't stress the remain upper portion first, then rest the remaining upper portion. The mounted point can double the stresses if you start near the middle first to stretch the inner penis, then later mount a little higher at the base of the glans. As you stretch, the lower mounted location double the stress loads, causing the thinning of the tissues due to twice the stressing.

You can separate the stretches near the base of the penis and near the base of the glans in two separate routine, spacing out around 5 hour apart. If you want to tackle both the inner penis and the entire length of the penile shaft, starts at the base of the glans first, then near the base of the penis afterwards. That way, the stress load can be protected on the second mounting point since the stress load will be much less during the latter stretches.

Nope. You can go as long as 30 minutes for innner and 30 minutes for shaft if you like, as long as you're comfortable. 5x5x3 is perfectly fine at night.

Awesome. Another question i have is: what's the pressure threshold for pumping gains again? 9hg?

I've been easing into a 5/6/7/6/7 routine and it gives me a good pump but doesnt carry over to the next day so its just a full flaccid and not still pumped. Would that be enough pressure to combine with the morning stretches?

Light is from -4.5inHg to -6.5inHg. Moderate is around -6.5inHg to -8.5inHg. Optimal high is -8.5inHg to -10inHg, but you have to slowly condition yourself up. From -10inHg to -15inHg, this is upper thresholds for anyone. In this range, cellular breakdown occurs rapidly. Again, the body needs to condition itself to get to this stage. Never jump up to this range in less than 9 months. I even recommend it not to be here until 12 months of stretching and pumping later.

So, something like 30 seconds in -5inHg, then 30 seconds at -7inHg, down to -5inHg for 30 seconds, rise up to -9inhg for 30 seconds, down to -7inHg for 30 seconds, and fluctutate and down between -9inHg and -7inHg until you complete your set. My suggestion is also add more time to the SSJ total time. It's more critical in expanding internally than external vacuum force. This is where you get your nice long expansion period after the pump sets are over.

What i meant was, if I do my stretches in the morning, would my evening pumping range be enough to facilitate growth?
 
Boy that post session fatigue really felt good. Definitely missed it and glad to be finally back in the swing of things.
Isn't that the best when we feel fatigue and not pain? This way, we know we can keep going. I'm so happy you have found your happy place where you're getting in extremely good work
 
Ok, first am length session done. 15 mins of near base expressive stretches to loosen the ligs and 15 mins of shaft stretches to pull out inner penis. Only did a half bundle to get back in, will increase bundles weekly.

Slapped on a silisleeve5 for 8hrs of healing, will be doing 5x5x3 tonight at a low pressure.

@@oldandlively and/or @DLD is this routine tenable for 7 straight days, or should I go 5 on/2 off?
