Yes. Always pull your foreskin completely back from the glans. If you don't pulll your foreskin back before shoving your glans in, it will slip. This is the side benefit to have the bulk wrap at the bottom of the glans, because it helps to pull the skin back to prevent slippage during moisture build up, or when your penile shaft shrinks a bit.
By the way, your glans does expand slightly under pressure, like it or not. This is why we don't over expand our glans before turning the knob. The 4.5inHg inside the penis will turn into 8inHg in no time at all even with just 3/4 of a turn on the knob.

Ok so now that I've gotten the hang of the slilstretcher, here is what my routine will be going forward:
- 5mins bundled stretches in the shower
- 5mins mosred
- 30mins bundled stretching with LM
- 5min warm down with mosred
- 4hrs at good tugging intensity with silistretcher
- 4hrs low intensity for elongated healing in silistretcher
- finish off with silisleeve before bed
This is my length only routine, ideally looking to gain close to 1-1.5" by the end of the year.
Funny, I always made ridiculous goal for the long term goals and this helped me stare down the bully and go where I never thought possible. Measure once every six months but always measurement of flaccid penis bone pressed and girth. This is a means of making sure your gains are happening.
So I'm about 2 weeks into my routine and I'm already seeing some great EQ gains and what seem to be some flaccid gains. No measuring yet, but pretty stoked with what I'm seeing so far.
