What if I did 15 mins of inner penis and 15 mins of shaft stretching in the morning and then 5x5x3 at night? Once I'm back in condition, of course.Either and both.
If you want to stress the lower hidden side before stressing the rest of the penile length, do near the base so you don't stress the remain upper portion first, then rest the remaining upper portion. The mounted point can double the stresses if you start near the middle first to stretch the inner penis, then later mount a little higher at the base of the glans. As you stretch, the lower mounted location double the stress loads, causing the thinning of the tissues due to twice the stressing.
You can separate the stretches near the base of the penis and near the base of the glans in two separate routine, spacing out around 5 hour apart. If you want to tackle both the inner penis and the entire length of the penile shaft, starts at the base of the glans first, then near the base of the penis afterwards. That way, the stress load can be protected on the second mounting point since the stress load will be much less during the latter stretches.
Would that be overdoing it?
