Should I wait for it to heal??

Yo guys what's up!!

I've got a question for the veteran Penis Enlargementers out there.

I'm excited to say I just got to phase 2 of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] program, and I've never felt better about Penis Enlargement. I've already made some newbie gains and I feel some new gains are right around the corner. Perhaps another month or two.

Anyhow, phase 1 was a cinch, and I could complete all of the exercises pretty easily, and phase 2 is a lot more intense, which is what I love. Seriously, the double forced jelq and bends and isolate compression squeezes give one HELLUVA work for my member. The site says I should do 7 sets of those, but I can only get to 3 sets, because my dick gets SORE AS ALL HELL, so I think I'll have to work up to it. Well, it's the next day now (tuesday), and it's still really sore.

My question is: should I take a day off and wait for it to heal up 100% and then continue my routine, or should I muscle through it and go at it again tonight even though it's only... I'd say maybe... 60% or so healed up?? It doesn't really hurt or anything, and it's nothing bad, I'm just curious what you guys would think would give the best results. Or does it matter?

The reason I'm asking is because in bodybuilding I know it's more effective to lift weights and then take a day off and wait for your muscles to heal 100% before going at it again. I was curious if that is the same thing with Penis Enlargement. Beforehand, in phase 1, it would only take 24 hours for it to heal, but with these new exercises, I think it may take twice as long (at least for the first week or so).

What do you guys think? Any suggestions?

THanks

I'm just starting a routine again today after a few weeks of light workouts and many rest days because of injury/fatigue.

This isn't a race. If you're getting negative signs like pain, weak erection, and less morning wood then it's time for a rest. Maybe a day maybe a week. Listen to your body. I've never heard a vet say that they pushed through pain and made gains. Take your time and ease into Phase 2. Cut all the exercises in half for a couple weeks. Eventually you'll get there. If you push it you're asking for trouble.

Like I said I just had some pain and fatigue and after my time off I feel great and my wood is good. Listen to your dick not your routine.
