Should I measure seated or standing?

I was thinking the same thing for a while. Measuring while sitting will be too inconsistent in my opinion. To be honest I only do that for fun because I used to do it and I can look for possible gains. One good way to get a good measurement is to put your back up against a wall, including the back of your feet against the wall and in good posture without any hip thrust.

You can do every measurement to your liking in that position to keep a good record of gains. You might notice a .5 decrease in bpel compared to sitting. I picture myself having an 8'' bpel while measuring like that and that's how I set my goal. Hope this helped.

Yes, for my actual measurements I stand - for length, obviously girth doesn't matter where you are. So when you see my measurements, those are standing as are the goals.

For me it is the opposite way, siting gives longer measurement.

No question your dick will be bigger sitting... perhaps we should all keep this in mind when we first show women our penises. I believe it has something to do with the way the body is rotated... so more of that inner penis is sticking out maybe. Who cares.
