I've been doing the lazy man routine the last 3 or 4 months. It consist of a few [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] super sets and as much extending after that as possible. I am gaining with this and its very easy to do.
Being a guy i keep thinking i could do more to accelerate gains, that i can make it better. I am really considering that i might start hanging for an hour or so a day but i am afraid to mess up what i have working now. I've got just over a month till my first year and Im really close to a HUGE milestone. I want so badly to reach this goal by march.
I have played with hanging a few times, the longest time was with a home made hanger that wasn't worth messing with. Since Im almost a year in and since I've been using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Sg[/words] since June i was wondering what weight i should start with. Since the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Sg[/words] has around 5 lbs of force i can't see any reason to start hanging with less than 5 lbs.
Well what do y'all think? Increase my routine and push for my goal or just keep doing what is working now?
