Sensation Loss or Erectile Problems?

Has anyone experienced a loss in feeling/sensation in their penis or had any erection problems as a result of Penis Enlargement?

I havent experienced this either, but I did read of other cases. I just dont want to slowly damage my penis and one day realize I have lost a lot of sensation.
