There is a surgery called silicone penile implant that increases length by 2 inches and girth by 1-2 inches just wondering.

from what I've heard it cost's about 10k, and it gives you abnormal looking flaccid length. Researched about it, but I'm not too fond of going under the knife and spending a load of cash on it.
