Scrotum skin?

Is there anyway to like, i dont know, remove or decrease the amount of scrotum skin you have?

when i hold out my dick. Its really not all that attractive to look at : P

It seems to be getting worse with jelqing aswell.

That lizard looks cool. I know your point on this 'pouch' and think what you may be referencing to is a condition known in the Penis Enlargement world as 'Turkey Neck' where this loose skin grows and ends up making a turkey neck appearance along the penis. Exercises exist to help heal it and they are around the forums such as the boo boo section sticky has one I think.

I heard that some special type of foreskin stretches reduces turkey neck, But I'm not sure that this guys has got Turkey Neck. Sounds like he just has a low sinking ball sack.
