Hey all. I know I'm new here but I've been into Penis Enlargement off and on for over a year now but some recent events have really got me into making myself into a healthier person. One of which is the fact that my mother recently suffered a major heart attack. Of course, after talking to some relatives it aparently is very common amongst my family. So sure enough about 3 weeks ago I renewed my membership to the local YMCA and have been doing 30 minutes of cardio religiously every day. Now I have never had a problem getting an erection, however since I started running and my heart has started pumping a little harder, my erections have seen a phenominal increase in strength and I feel like I'm 15 again. Now I know kegels are great for increasing erection strength, but I believe if you pair the two the combo will be unstoppable. Not only that, but my fat pad has been slowly going down as well further enhancing the look of my penis.
