Everybody is different. The best route to making gains is to follow the Phases as they are written. Be sure to put your all into it. Gaining an inch could take a month or a year depending on the effort you put in.
 
do the jelqs consitently for a while. u shld notice a difference, then incorporate ur stretches. u have to be consistent though. if u r on a 5 day 2 days off, stick to that for 3 months or if u r on a 1 day, 1 off, stick to it consistently and u will
notice a difference

I dont do Jelq by the 200 I do it by time I do it for 10 mins is that ok and what dose it mean by 2 second Jelq dose that mean take 2 seconds on each rep.
