Ahh okay. Is there anything in the meantime to correct the issue with the skin besides pulling the glans all the way back? Maybe like erect stretching to stretch it out more evenly
As brother @kriskros mentioned, stretch both the balls (scrotal sack) and the pull the foreskin back further to expose as much of the glans as possible. Strap or grab below the glans without pulling excessively on the foreskin. There are times you have to in order to stretch those ligaments. That's not enough to cause the skin to stretch compared to the normal stretches along the entire penis.
By stretching the tunica at the base of the glans as much as you can, as your penis elongates, the foreskin also disappears. I lost about half an inch worth of foreskin that way.
