Hi, im new to posting but been pe'ing for around 7months now

Up until very recently I was mostly playing around with the exercises with no real structure and unsuprisingly gaining very little.

I put together this routine and it seemed great for around 10days but the workouts quickly became less effective and I stopped getting the same sort of expansion or erection levels, so I am taking a few days off and will start to incorporate rest days when I restart.

The routine is for both length and girth.

As its my first proper routine I am a little unsure wether it was feeling better because i had a program or if it was actually ok.

Rice sock 10mins
Vstretch 5min changing position throughout

Mandingo stretch 2min x left and then right

Cool down with cold flanel/ ice in towel

Still no improvement in eq or morning glory,

I think i shall take the rest of the week& weekend off and start an abreviated version of my routine.

I went from just under 7"ebpl x 4.75"girth to just over 7" x5 1/16", by the end of my last session i got to just over 6"expansion on girth.

i am now back where i started but am hoping once the eq is back to normal the rest will sort itself out
 
Wow really? Ok when I start back next week I shall start to increase it 50 a week or so.

I didn't realise I was so far off the mark :)

Goals really are both length and girth I havn't really got a measurement in mind other than just bigger.

I may also not do the cranks between all the stretches but rather do 100 in one go both directions but I shall see.

There are two guys on the forum with statistics in their signatures (Crazy Dock is one) who actually have gained over an inch in girth in the first 6 months and i noticed from their routine threads that they both do very large amounts of wet jelqs (700-1200) with some slow squash jelqs thrown in.
