I was wondering how long should you do a routine to get the most out of it, but not lingering on it so long that your penis gets used to it? What constitutes a change enough to stop this? Does increasing reps stop this or should you change exercises completly?
My other question is kinda realted, when pumping is it enough to change the routine of exercise you do with it, the amount of sets you do in the pump or the pressure you do in the pump? to stop your penis just getting used to it and to keep steady gains going or should you maybe use a pump for 3 months then change completly?
Finally if is it best to change altogether to completely different exercises, and if you do will that allow you to go back to the same number of reps and still gain or would you still have to increase reps. For instance you do 10 minutes of jelqs a day for 3 months then for 3 months you do 10 minutes of pumping, during this time your penis will of grown and maybe got used to each thing, but because you have given it a break from each, its not used to the specific exercises so can you then go back to 3 months of 10 minutes jelqing or is your penis just so used to exercises in general that it needs the extra push of 15 minutes or 20? (i do realise you would be doing more than just 10 mins jelqing and such but it was just an example.
