i just read about the LOT thoery and it told me about standing horizontal starting with youre penis facing up at 12.00 o clock working it s way down to 6.00 o clock position,,,it says doing that holding your penis and do a kegel from 12-6 to get the result of youre ligaments inner and outer if youre penis loses tension when you have it facing closer to 6 o clock while doin kegels,then you need to work the inner ligaments(tunica) well mines loses tension all the way and possibly even below 6 o clock,i am in phase 1 and it seems i look like i have to work the inner ligaments already because i feel i can gain no more from my ligs being stretched,is that okay to stretch my tunica now,,bearing in mind my start date and my stats,,and also the main point of this thread,,would wearing your exender(traction device)facing upwards be stretching your tunica,rather than wearing it downwards,, i feel it does using my common sense but maybe theres more of a twist to it can some one please quote me on this
