It's been a while since I've posted. Been more of a lurker then anything. I've been doing maintenance work more then lately and now looking to try for another goal. I want to go crazy on kegels because for the little that I have done them, they seemed to help a bit. I just never had a true workout and will be adopting Zulu's routine. I have tried it a bit and at work while standing seems to be way harder then laying in the bed at home where I feel a DEEP contraction with each kegel. I still concider myself a newb in this department and wanted to know if doing 100 quick kegels an hour would be too much. I can hold for well over a min, it just seems the shooting power I once had is gone. I get about 90% eq and it has bothered me a bit. It might be because of the girth exercise I do with sex the same day, but I want my cake and eat it too. Is this a common problem?
