Well, I know i don't post here much besides some photos now and then but i've got a question for some of the hardcore guys here. I've been Penis Enlargementing on and off for several years, but not really daily since I started reading this board earlier this year.

I've been putting a lot of time into it just about every day and my question is about rest days. I haven't really been taking any days off and although my unit isn't really sore, I can't really get a good erection to save my life. So, with that being said isn't it good for all of us to take like a day or so off a week to rest for that? Does it also heal and make it better for future gains similar to wieght lifting?

I guess what i am getting at with the healing is letting the skin heal a little bit instaed of continually stretching it on a daily basis and never giving it a chance to heal and then stretch.
My workouts have been several hours every day of various manual routines.
I've been making some good progress and hope to post some updated pics soon.

If all is well with your schedule now I would not change it but here is a blurb on REST DAYS:

REST DAYS
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.
