I do [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] as well as newbie stretches and some erect stretches. When I used to wear my PF id wake up in an hour or two sore. So I'm gonna try using way low resistance. Can anyone speak from experience whether this works?
