repeated injury help?

Here's the thing... when manually stretching i can't for love nor money not break the delicate skin just underneath my glan. it always occurs in the same limited area, and it always gets to a stage where its too damn painfull to stretch through it.

what am i to do? i allow it to heal for a couple of days, but lo and behold when i hit it again it invairably reopens... i pondered supergluing it old school stylie.

does anybody else suffer from this repeated injury, and/or can anybody advise me on how to remedy this?

and just when, after years of trial and error, i finally seem to have got my grip down :)

I havent experienced that but my advice would be to change up your grip technique and/or device you use for grip support, DLD has told of the great uses of baby powder through his trials, i personally switch between baby powder and latex gloves every couple weeks in order to avoid too much drying of the skin with the powder

I had a similiar issue in the first 3-4 months of P.E. The skin would get real dry and crack where my grip was under the Glans. I used the Super-Glue method but my fingers got stuck to it, very embarassing. Instead, I used vitamin E for awhile and it resolved that issue. Now I can't do manual P.E. exercises because I developed arthritis in my hands.

... I just decided to hang myself instead.

hey Threak.

when you say you applied the superglue method, do you mean that you glued over the problem area, allowed it to dry, then hit your manuals? coz thats what im talking. im going to try it tomorrow and see how it pans out... the logic is simply that it will provide a steadfast protective layer. heres hoping.
