recipe for harder, more powerful erections =

stretching and kegals (reverse and normal ones). I've found out that stretching gives you harder erections then girthwork. Its very noticeable to me when i stretch my erection strength and quality is much more powerful compared to the days where i do girthwork alone. For those of u who are looking for harder erections give this a try. :)

Yes, I agree with you. I noticed the same thing with stretching.
