to pe. I know there is a lot I can gain in the girth but uncertain in length. If I can't gain length then im going all out for girth. I currently am 4.75EL and 5.50 EG at midshaft. My new routine consists of various clamping bends, head squeezes, and clamped jelqs the duration is about an hour. By the time I finished the routine I was almost 5.25 EL and almost 6.25 EG at midshaft. I also have a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] pump but as everyone know I don't like it so I am doing old school clamping workouts and so far I had 3 workouts and all with the same expansion I know sooner or later that 6.25EG will be permanent. What other exercises do you guys recommend?
