Quick Question

I have a question that I've been wondering about for some time now. Would it be a good idea to do a quick jelg/stretch work out before having sex? it seems like it would be since it would get the blood flowing and all but would it come with any problems? This is probably a dumb question but I just gotta ask.

The only dumb question is the one that is not asked. I used to train girth right before sex, actually even work it into the foreplay sometimes I wanted my girth to be retarded thick for sex and it just made sense to train post-sex. Also, I think the extremely, short term goal of being my thickest for sex allowed me the luxury of incredible girth sessions each time as I was motivated by the sex.
