Hi, I have a few basic questions that need to be answered.

1. The first step of my routine is manual stretches. Do I have to apply heat when stretching? Or just stretching is fine?

2. I am doing supersets with jelqing and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]... When in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for 5 minutes do I do full pressure?
 
My own experience is

1 Try to warm up, it will reduce the risk of injury and help with the stretches. Having said that, I don't always warm up

2 use the pressure you are most comfortable with, and try to avoid too much FR as the jelqing loses it's effectiveness as it becomes an exercise in getting rid of the FR rather than forcing the shaft to expand
