Hi, I have a few basic questions that need to be answered.
1. The first step of my routine is manual stretches. Do I have to apply heat when stretching? Or just stretching is fine?
2. I am doing supersets with jelqing and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]... When in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for 5 minutes do I do full pressure?
