First of all, what is the best methods to use to warm up and down for P.E. ecxercises?
Is the rice sock method safe? What I mean when I ask this is, if heating it up in the microwave safe and then putting it around your penis to warm up safe, because I know that it is said that microwaves give off radiation which can cause cancer.
Which methods for warming up do you use DLD?
And my next question is if I do warm up and downs, jelqing and stretching which is everything except doing PC muscle flexing will I still be able to gain inches in doing Penis Enlargement?
