Questions about Cockring

Hey Folks!

up to now i always did my "clamping sessions" with a cockring.
I think it grants good expansion, so far my penis was always very swolen with more girth than in a normal state. It was also more veined and the colour turned to a darker red. But i dont know if its ideal for Penis Enlargement.

Does anyone else use a cockring for clamping? is ok to clamp this way or would a real cable clamp do a better job?
I have also thought about using the cockring during sex to get some extra expansion or add some trainingssessions to my normal Penis Enlargement routine. Would this be a good idea?

I would be very glad if someone would give me some advice. :)

I have been using a cockring as a clamp. I find that i can squeeze beter and do it longer because with a cock ring your blood supply is not completely cut off. While clamping i just cant imagine squeezing my dick. Its already so tight it feels like it will explode.

You still have to make sure that it doesnt turn cold or numb, and if it does, stop and take the cock ring off.

As far as a cockring during sex, i dont know. For me it gets in the way of my cum coming out, so i dont like it.
