Jag, Actually I don't jackoff after taking the vac-extender off, but it's ok if you do. There's really no problem with masterbation and it surely won't effect your length gains. There's no reason that you shouldn't masterbate.

Why is the title of the thread "When should I use my vac-extender"? It seems that you have that down pretty well if you'r asking this question.
