Question on squeezes

I've been jelqing for about 3 months and have started doing squeezes. I only do 3 squeezes for 10 seconds each right now. Obviously I will increase this gradually. My question is how far should I increase my squeezes. If I increase to eventually do five 20-30 second squeezes, will that be enough for girth gains? Or is it better to do higher reps but shorter duration squeezes?
 
You might try the 5 second squeezes first. You can make them more intense by bringing your hands together, and/or by performing them with a greater degree of erection. If you can do less than 20 squeezes in one sitting, add 1 rep every- or every other session so that you don't overdo things. You might also try doing the squeeze instead of the jelq for girth to see what results you're getting.

You need to buy the Mityvac pump and do the 5x5x3 routine. You will be gaining 0.5 inches in girth every 6 months.
