i treid this exercise in my routine today and i ran into a problem
i thinks maybe the fact that i have a lot of foreskin caused the twisting part to kind of constrict my penis. im saying this because it felt quite painful and after 2 sets, i noticed a lot of red dots appearing on my shaft.
my question is could i do these bundled blasters without the bundling part? or would that not make it a good tunica stretch.
if anyone knows any other good tunica stretches id be glad to hear them
