I really took in the advice about [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words] and how much play and time it takes to adjust to them... i really have tried over the past few weeks to get this concept down. i personally dont feel that an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] is for me. just doesnt seem to work! so i have been questioning the hangin scene. taking my time doing it right along with DLD's [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] which i have been following( not as strict as i should) , taking a couple days off. but its 100% dedication everyday starting this week and forever! have read the precautions and tests over and over . with how many sets, low weight, time, hours per week, days, and everything else i could cram in a couple weeks. Just curious what some of your guys opinions were. i just feel hanging for myself would be much more successful in a regulated scheduled pe routine. the time and frequency just seems to be more up my ally. This is deffinetly not something i am going to rush at all. i learned my lesson during my first week with basic jelqs and a slight injury. i have zero intention on becoming overzealous about this piece of equipment. i have ordered the BIB starter . thanks brothas!!
