When it comes to reps on Penis Enlargement exercises, whats your take on them. I have recently done more reps with less TUT on each rep.
Example: I used to do horses for LONG hold 30-60 seconds each and I would do 5-10 of them. Now I do about 25-35 holds for 3-5 seconds each.
I never really understood which is a smarter way of doing reps. Part of me wants to say once you have reach a max intensity in a rep, its is waste of time to hold it any longer but I dont know. That may be right or wrong but I dont know cause I have tried both and dont know what I like better.
