Question about reps(TUT) Time Under Tension?

When it comes to reps on Penis Enlargement exercises, whats your take on them. I have recently done more reps with less TUT on each rep.

Example: I used to do horses for LONG hold 30-60 seconds each and I would do 5-10 of them. Now I do about 25-35 holds for 3-5 seconds each.

I never really understood which is a smarter way of doing reps. Part of me wants to say once you have reach a max intensity in a rep, its is waste of time to hold it any longer but I dont know. That may be right or wrong but I dont know cause I have tried both and dont know what I like better.

What the theory on reps when it comes to Penis Enlargement?

Physiologically, it's important to note that tissue deformation can takes disproportionately more time using lower intensity. That's why high intensity workouts are so time and energy efficient.

Some men do seem to gain better using light, high reps sessions though. This could be due more to the lack of quality of the user's previous low rep sessions the workout or perhaps due to some other factors- like recovery, or like the "build up" effect that occurs with high rep jelqing done with light restriction at the base of the penis (cock ring).
 
Hey Girthhammer. You have to remember when it comes to enlarging your penis its not about reps and sets. It's about achieving plastic deformation to the tissue your are stretching or applying internal pressure too. Studies say that plastic deformation is time dependent and load dependent. In my opinion your best bet is longer time under tension. You see it takes time for stretched tissue to deform at a moleculier level. Before the tissue deforms it goes through a process called creep. And it takes a lot longer then 35 secs of stretching tissue before creep sets in. Creep is when the tissue's molecular structure goes through chemical changes and begans to elongate past it's elastic limit in what ever direction the stretch force is being applied. Past the creep threshold is where the tissue begans to plastically and permanently deform to a new set elastic range.

I think you should hold each horse 440 for 3 minute sets and add more sets when necessary. Through multiple 3 minutes sets of horse 440s the plan is for the tunica tissue to have enought time under tension to reach creep then plastically deform based on how strong of a force you are applying and how many sets.

Thanks Kingsnake, 3 minutes sound harsh on my grip with the horse 440's but I will do so. ANYTHING for my girth!

Also with PC work I know long hold are better than alot of quick ones. I believe once I take a few to complete fail Im dome cause I cant add anymore intensity.

Example: 15-20 warm up kegels 1-2 secs. each. Then 2-3 for 30 secs. and then 1-3 To complete fail(1 min or so is as long as I can hold it.)
