I did it for about five days and everytime i did it i would grab my cock just under my head and do the pull stretches like that. it seemed like all the blood was rushing to the head of my dick and it felt like it was going to explode! i was scared to continue for fear of injuring my cock so i thought i would ask... please help!
 
Just ease off the intensity a bit. As a beginner, you shouldn't be stretching too hard- intensity is something that you develop over time. I would suggest using a small towel wrapped around your penis so that you get a better grip and to cushion your penis from the stretch.
